The Quantum Puzzle of Hormonal Function: Investigating Conventional & Unconventional Pathways

Bridging the Gap Between Hormone Balance, Light, Water & Mitochondria

Hormones are chemical messengers in our bodies that control our biochemistry and communicate with our mitochondria, which keep us alive and healthy.

There are numerous things we can do in daily life to re-balance or unbalance our hormones. Knowing a bit about your hormones and how to keep them happy is very useful.

Understanding your biology and becoming a citizen scientist can save you money and unnecessary trips to the doctor, who may not be interested in your hormones or want to order the tests you want.

Many people are unaware of the importance of light and EZ water for hormone balance and function. That’s why using a quantum approach can be the missing piece of the jigsaw for people who are struggling with blood sugar, sleep, mood and low energy. We are also too focused on just the hormone or some blood test result when the hormone’s receptor (how it communicates with a cell) is just as important.

There are lots of ways we can look at hormone levels and lab tests are a tool not a rule, but they are still useful, if you have the right ones. For example, an ordinary vitamin D test only tests 25-OH Vitamin D which is the storage from, not 1,25-OH Vitamin D which is the active form. Vitamin D pairs with vitamin A so should be ordered together. Thyroid panels come without reverse T3, and metabolic panels come without leptin.
